Isn’t this amazing!!! I got this card while at Leadership conference and hesitated posting it for you because first, I don’t know who created it and second because it is so incredible I can’t even explain how it was done!!! If anyone has any info on this card, PLEASE let me know so I can share details!
I know for sure that it uses the Owl Punch, 1-3/4″ Circle Punch, the Bird Punch and the mini Heart Punch! I believe the pieces were cut out of sticky paper and then stuck to the cardstock and the glitter was applied to the sticky paper. The funny thing is when you touch it it is completely flat, there is not one layer higher than another! Crazy awesome!
