Hey everyone!  Oh how I have missed blogging for you!  Sorry that I haven’t been able to have my daily posts but the cost of internet usage on the ship was almost a dollar a minute and it was slower than a turtle with my suitcase on his back!

I can not even describe the natural beauty that I experienced on this trip!  We began our trip in the port of Seattle.  This is the view from the upper deck of the boat.

We set sail from Seattle on Friday, May 20, 2011.  It was a very long travel day getting there so I was really glad that our first full day on the boat was spent at sea.  Stampin’ Up! planned plenty of things for us and there certainly wasn’t a shortage of things to do on the ship.

Our welcome event took place and we were greeted by a giant ice sculpture with the word Alaska / Stampin’ Up! carved out of it!  I was able to hook up with some friends and get our trip started right!

Our first night’s pillow gift was absolutely adorable!  The “bag” couldn’t have been more perfect.  I was looking for something to carry around my essentials without having all the bulk.  SU! must have read my mind!

The gray of our bag matched the beautiful jacket I got!!  Look for more alaskan adventures coming soon!  Of course I will share some creativity with you too!!!

………Until tomorrow!!!!!
