In today’s day there are so many acronyms or “shortcuts” that we all use to express ourselves.  I know you all know the one BFF (Best Friends Forever).  I think this one has been around for a very long time, although I remember always writing it as two letters and a number.  The B and the F were entwined together and then a number 4 was written in there too!

With the generation of today in mind, Stampin’ Up! is always trying to create stamp images that go with the times.  One of these examples is the new stamp set called, Best Friends Forever.  It is found on page 90 of the new Idea Book & Catalog.  Here is the art work from this set:

I have had so many wonderful people that have blessed my life over these last ten years that I couldn’t wait to create a card that would be tribute to all of you wonderful gals that I feel are more than BFF’s!  I really feel like I have sisters — which you all know I don’t actually have! Here is the card that I created using this set!

The card iteself is created using the new Wisteria Wonder! God, do I LOVE this new color!  In addition, I added some concord crush and decorated it with the scallop border bunch. I also used very vanilla  paper and stamped on it using Lucky Limeade.  The hearts were stamped in Regal Rose, then cut out and popped up with dimensionals.
The finishing touch was the addition of:  {F} is for FRIEND — you’re one of the best.
This image is from the brand new set called Occasions Alphabet.  It is found on Page 171 in the IB&C.
