The Stampin’ Up! mission / Statement of the Heart is so relevant to our everyday life! If we share what we love and love what we do, we can make a difference! I know it sounds cliche but I do believe it is true! You all know that I have a full time “day” job and have made SU! my full time “other” job. There are some days that I am so exhausted but no matter what I always bring my happiest and spunkiest me to every SU! event that I do. I absolutely LOVE what I do and I hope that you all LOVE coming to my events as a result!
On Monday night I held another of my Christmas Card classes and it just so happened to be a mother & daughter night! I had three sets of moms/daughters signed up to attend! One of the daughters was not feeling well so I stood in! Here are a couple of photos of our mom/daughter teams with completed projects!

On the Scooby front, I’ve been asked alot lately for Scooby to make another appearance on the blog! Here is Paul & Scooby sharing what THEY LOVE! LOL We had a backyard camp fire last weekend (just the three of us – Paul, me & Scooby) and the dynamic duo decided to pull up a seat at the Tiki Bar!

Hi Patty…I wonder if you would share how you managed to emboss the oval frame shown in the card below without any lines from the folder itself. I have played with lots of different ideas (shim, impressions pad, etc.) but would love a quick and easy solution if there is one!
By way of introduction…I am Judy Garza's upline. Truly enjoyed a few hours with her here in Las Vegas after Founder's so I could drool over all the fantastic swaps this year!

The way that I have avoided getting the line when using that folder is to use the Big Shot platform without either of the tabs. Open it up so that Tab 1 and Tab 2 are not used and just use the platform and the two cutting pads. It works every time for me that way.
