Hello everyone!
I got back into the studio yesterday and created four awesome projects with the Christmas Deer Stamp Set! I will be doing these projects at my classes on Monday! Those of you that registered are in for a treat! I even used some products from our upcoming Holiday Catalog! You will be the FIRST to see and use them!
This card is very “woodsy” or masculine and it features lots of Big Shot stuff! How did I ever make a card before I had my Big Shot machine? I LOVE texture and this project certainly is not lacking that! The card is from Crumb Cake cardstock and it is enhanced using Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla and it is stamped in Basic Black with a cherry cobbler (cardinal) bird! The card was first run through the big shot using the Labels Collection Framelits. The second step was to emboss the front of the card using our brand new Woodgrain embossing folder! This one is so new it isn’t even available to customers until August 1st but those taking my classes on Monday will get to use it then!! In order to get the frame around the front of the card, I used two of the Labels Collection Framelits and cut the paper using them both at the same time! It is very difficult to see on this photo but I also used the 2-way glue pen on the antlers so that I could sprinkle them with dazzling diamonds!
Stay tuned tomorrow for another of my Christmas Deer samples!
…………. Until tomorrow!
