Hey y’all!
Happy Fall! I couldn’t wait to share these scrapbook pages with you all! I had to wait until after my scrapbook club on Monday night because I wanted them to see them first! After all…it is their club and they deserve that, right?!
The base of the pages are created from cajun craze 12 x 12 cardstock. The photo mats are cut from naturals ivory.
The leaves are courtesy of the brand new big shot die in our Holiday Mini catalog called, Autumn Accents Bigz Die! I used more mustard, old olive, pumpkin pie, and rich razzleberry cardstock to cut the leaves.
It is difficult to see from these photos, but the leaves on the right hand page are also textured using our “Woodgrain” embossing folder for the big shot!
What do you think of the adorable scarecrow?! Isn’t she awesome!? She was created using the most popular big shot die there is….the “Top Note Die”. I cut her face from the naturals ivory cardstock and her hat (both the top and the brim) were cut using the top note die and the comfort cafe designer series paper. The bird, nose, and leaves were cut from cajun craze cardstock while her bow was done using some of our Autumn Spice fabric. I created the dimples using one of our sponge daubers and some pink pirouette ink. I saw the idea for the scarecrow somewhere on the internet but can’t recall where. Of course I modified it to fit the application that I wanted to use it for!
Don’t you wish you were part of my scrapbook club?! My girls are loving it! We are planning and all day scrap event in February because we have had so much fun!
……………..Until tomorrow!
