Are you old enough to remember what it was like to be in school and the teacher actually wrote on a black board? Well, I hate to date myself…but I am!
I just had to create something that brought back the old days! This project is the result of that!
Using products from our Occasions Mini Catalog, the card was created from Pink Pirouette cardstock with a layer of basic black cardstock. Using the “Tea For Two” designer series paper and the Hearts a Flutter framelits, I created an adorable banner across the front of the card. How do you make it look like a chalkboard? I used my SU! emboss buddy! I rubbed it across the front of the black cardstock, embossed my greeting using white ink and white embossing powder and did not clean off the excess chalk created by the emboss buddy!
