Did you ever think that they Dress Up Framelits could be used to created Mrs. Claus’ outfit?!!
Well here is your proof! A bit of Cherry Cobbler cardstock for the base, a layer, and the dress, whisper white for the remaining layers and accents as well as some basic black and of course some “bling” glimmer paper for the buckle!
Don’t forget the Northern Flurries embossing folder for that special touch too!
The collar of her dress was created with the 7/8″ scallop circle punch and then the 1/2″ circle punch to nip out a place for her neck!
