Today I am sharing a very eye catching project with you!! Who knew that black designer series paper could make you so happy?!!!
This confetti paper is part of the “It’s My Party” designer series paper stack. The stamp set is called, “Party Wishes”. In addition I used the Party Punch Pack for the cupcakes, balloon and candle!
It may be difficult to see in these photos, but I also used a brand new product called, Wink Of Stella!! If you look closely at the cupcakes, balloon, and the candle flame, you will see a bit of sparkle!! This is done without ANY mess!! It is a pen/marker and all you do is color over the stamped image and it adds bling!!
