Hey Stamping Friends,
I just had to share this beautiful card that arrived in the mail just before Valentine’s day! It came from a dear fellow stamper, Carol P., who is one of my Stamper’s Dozen blog hoppers!
We were all part of a “share the love” effort to send cards to random demonstrators to show our appreciation and adoration for the works of art that we all create! This is the project that I received in that exchange!
It appears that the card base is Powder Pink and the next layer was done on Watercolor Paper. It is my guess that she used and aqua painter and some of the Powder pink classic ink to create the watercolor wash background under the heart. It is adorned with gold foil paper as well as a piece of the Painted with Love Designer paper! The heart is from the Heart Happiness stamp set found in the Occasions catalog on Page 20.
I don’t know about you, but getting a hand-made card in the mail ALWAYS brightens my day! Why not brighten the day for someone unexpectedly??? Create a card, send it, share your story with me! I’d love to share it to all of my fabulous followers!!
Until next time….. Happy Stamping!
