Hey Stamping Friends!
Thanks for joining me today! Are you sick of seeing all of my samples using the Waterfront stamp set found in our Occasions catalog? I hope not! I just can’t stop creating with it!!
This one makes me think of what I might see if I were in Utah or Arizona — somewhere near the Grand Cayon or Lake Mead perhaps?
I used two different colors for the mountains. I started out light and used Crumb Cake and then progressed to Cajun Craze to get that Southwest red rock look. The water is done with Marina Mist and the trees are done in Garden Green and again in Always Artichoke.
Just to add a little more manliness, I added some of our Wood Textures Designer Series Paper and for the final touch some Copper trim.
- Marina Mist Cardstock – 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ – Scored at 4-1/4″
- Early Espresso Cardstock – 4″ x 4″
- Very Vanilla Cardstock – 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
- Wood Texture DSP – 2″ x 4″
Love how you did the mountains. Never get tired of seeing this beautiful stamp set!
@dianne – Thank you! Me neither! I just can't stop creating with it!
