Today’s Project
For that situation where you just don’t know what to say….
Sometimes a greeting is the best focal point for a project. That is what I did with this one. Using the saying from the Lasting Lilly (Sale-a-bration) stamp set, I created this beautiful but simple card. I think this project could be used for so many different situations! Perhaps you need to send a sympathy card — this could be it! Maybe you have a happier occasion that you just can express enough excitement about — can’t put it into words — then this could be appropriate too! I even think you could use this for a birthday or anniversary.
The Details:
- Card Base – Whisper White – 4-1/4″ x 11″ – scored at 5-1/2″
- 2nd Layer – Basic Black – 4″ x 5-1/4″
- 3rd Layer – Whisper White – 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ -Embossed with the Dot to Dot Textured Folder (see below)
- Black Oval
- Whisper White Oval – cut with the stitched shapes framelit
- Butterfly is punched from the Butterfly DSP – Sale-a-bration 2019
