My Project

This beautiful birthday card showcases the brand new Thoughtful Journey designer paper that will be available starting May 1st. It can be found on page 47 of the new 2024-2025 annual catalog! The greeting is from a brand new set called Unbounded Love (Page 54) and a die set called Spotlight on Nature (Page 69). The colors for this beauty are Pretty In Pink and Boho Blue. The dimensions are below! This is a great project for using any of our great designer papers as the focal point!

You Can Make It Too!

Card Base – Pretty In Pink – 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
Layer 1 – Thoughtful Journey DSP – 4″ x 5-1/4″
Gift card base layer – Boho Blue – 4-1/4″ x 9-3/4″ – scored at 3-1/4″ and 6-1/2″
Layer – Thoughtful Journey DSP – 3″ x 4″
Layer – Basic White – 3″ x 4″
Layer – Thoughtful Journey DSP – 2″ x 4″ – use a 1″ circle punch to punch a half circle as shown

Adhere the large DSP to the Pretty in Pink base. Score the Boho Blue layer as described above. Adhere the back of the boho layer to the center of the card front. Adhere th small DSP layer to the top/front of the boho layer and the white to the middle. Be sure to punch a half circle using a 1″ circle punch out of the last piece of DSP. Adhere that layer only on 3 sides so that you can slide a gift card in it!
